Why is it called a "Wet Burrito"? First, we take a flour tortilla, roll it up with meat & cheese. Then we smother it with our red burrito sauce and melt cheese over it. It's served beside a bed of lettuce, tomatoes, onions, black olives & a cup of sour cream. You have to eat it with a fork or you can try to pick it up like a regular burrito & get messy.
