At ocracoke coffee company we searched long and hard to find a bean roaster who can meet our high standards of providing you with a perfect cup of joe. Our beans are roasted the day we order them and are shipped that very same day—ensuring you the freshest coffee every day. Our beans come from several farms all over the world and are chosen from the crops with the clearest, most distinctive flavors. We trust our roasters implicitly—they understand the need to balance each batch into elegant, complex flavors.

In addition to our world famous coffee and tea, we are pleased to offer coffee and fruit smoothies. All smoothie recipes have been created and tested here in the shop and are sure to please all palates! We always use fresh fruit, juice, or yogurt in our fruit smoothies. All coffee smoothies always start with a double shot of espresso…plenty of caffeine for you cold drinkin’ java junkies! For those of you who need an extra boost to get through the day, we can add protein, spirulina, or antioxodents! You might be thinking “jah makin’ me crazy” not to have the secret recipes for our smoothies, but “chili latte” out. Plan on to sit on our front lawn and enjoy one – freshly made just for you!

We’ve got some drinks you might have never heard of before — don’t be afraid to ask about them when you stop by. Not for the faint of heart, try a herbal infused yerbe mate. We can steep it for you plain or you can try something completely new! Make it a white mate latte, guacho mate latte, or a grasshopper mate latte–you’ll be back for more! Looking for something refreshing and cool? Try one of our italian or french sodas. We’ll flavor it any way you’d like! For the kids (young or old! ) We’ll make a steamer that is dreamy. Or maybe on a cool, rainy afternoon you’d prefer hot chocolate with a dash of whipped cream–we’ve got you covered!

Bagels, scones, muffins, and cinnamon buns—oh my! Each morning the shop is awash in the fragrance of fresh baked goods. Our bakers arrive each morning long before the sun is up to prepare mouth-watering, delectable breakfast treats. Some items on the menu you’ll see every day include a variety of bagels and cream cheeses as well as our ever popular cinnamon buns (fondly known as our cinnayum buns). Some mornings you might find banana nut muffins, other mornings lemon ginger scones—the specialty items are based on the whim of the baker, but are sure to delight (you’ll be beggin’ for more of the coconut chocolate chip muffins!). You might visit the shop each morning and find you can indulge in a different breakfast treat every day. Be sure to let us know your favorite!
